We are a small family run company that can be easily contacted via landline, e-mail or mobi - and of course ‘snailmail’

We have been providing student houses in Sheffield for twenty two years.

We consider it extremely important to maintain our houses to a high standard, but if any problems do arise, ensure they are promptly remedied with as little inconvenience as possible to the household - usually within 24 hours.

All gas appliances are serviced yearly by CORGI registered engineers and have up to date Landlord Safety Certificates, which are available for inspection upon request

All our properties have a Periodic Inspection Report For An Electrical Installation - which ensures the electrical wiring of the property is safe and meets current standards.
All the soft furnishings provided comply with The Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988 (as amended).

An accurate inventory of furnishings is mutually agreed at the start of each tenancy.

A bond/deposit is charged. We always refund this money at the end of tenancy providing there is no wilful or negligent damage and the house has been thoroughly cleaned. We of course comply with the new bonding/deposit regulations set out in the 2004 Housing Act.

We comply with the latest 2004 Housing Bill with regards to houses that accommodate five or more tenants -they have a current license. It is not a legal requirement to produce this to a tenant, but we will gladly do so on request.
